About us
WTCR has been established since 1969
selling In car Entertainment and associated products. We strive to give
the best advice and service at a competitive price.

Making a purchase
When you have looked through our catalogue, click
on the items you wish to purchase to put them in your shopping trolley.
When you have finished shopping, go to the checkout and you will be taken
through a series of steps asking for some information in order to satisfy
the order.
Delivery
Delivery can only be made to the cardholders address.
For security reasons this information is checked with the bank of the
credit card holder to verify they match.
Delivery can only be made in the UK.
We will endeavour to ship your product within 2
working days from receiving your order however it can take up to 7 working
days. If we are unable to ship for any reason we will contact you and
let you know.
Delivery will be by Royal Mail or courier. They
both require a signature for delivery. If no one is home they will leave
a card to re arrange a new delivery time or for you to pick up from your
local depot.
Credit Card Security
Security is always a concern when using credit cards
on the internet. All our transactions are encrypted between your browser
and the server. Nobody is able to obtain your credit card or personal
details.
We use Barclays Merchant Services with their sophisticated
online trading system which enables us to safely process your credit card
payment and complete the financial transactions securely behind protected
firewalls.
Guarantee
All products come with a manufacturers’ one
year warranty for manufacturing faults. We do not supply goods on a trial
basis. Please check that the goods you have ordered are compliant prior
to purchase.
Returns / Warranty Repairs
Goods are not returnable if incorrectly ordered.
Any goods that arrive damaged or faulty must be notified within 2 working
days.
Goods that are faulty within 28 days will be replaced
or refunded provided that the goods are returned as new with all their
packaging, manuals, accessories etc. The boxes must not be written on.
After one month of ownership the legal right to
a replacement or refund ceases.
Items will be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
This can take from 4-6 weeks depending on the manufacturer’s lead
times. The item will be returned back to you as soon as possible.
It is the customers responsibility to return the
goods to us, packaged correctly and using a method of delivery that can
be proved.
Complaints
We will endeavour to respond to complaints within
5 working days.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We
will only use information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We collect information from you for two reasons. Firstly, to process your
order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We
will not email you in future, unless you have given us your consent. We
will not pass your mail address to other trusted traders unless you agree.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit
consent. You can check the information we hold on you by emailing us.
If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct promptly. The personal
information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our
internal security policy and the law. We will not transfer information
outside the EEA (European Economic Area). We may use technology to track
the behaviour of visitors to our website. This can include a “cookie”
which may be installed on your browser. You can usually modify your browser
to prevent this happening.
